Βραβεία BAFTA: Σαρώνει το γερμανικό πολεμικό φιλμ του Netflix

Ανακοινώθηκαν οι κινηματογραφικές υποψηφιότητες για τα βραβεία BAFTA, με το "All Quiet On The Western Front" να ξεχωρίζει με 14 υποψηφιότητες και τα "The Banshees Of Inisherin" και το "Everything Everywhere All At Once" να ακολουθούν με 10.

Βραβεία BAFTA: Με 21 τίτλους το Netflix

Τα βρετανικά Όσκαρ όπως είναι γνωστά, έχουν φέτος μια λίστα από ποικιλόμορφους υποψηφίους. Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι το Netflix να για φέτος μπροστά, με πάνω από 20 τίτλους του (14 για το All Quiet, 3 για το "Pinocchio" του Guillermo del Toro, και από ένα τέσσερις ακόμη τίτλοι του)

Το indie φιλμ-έκπληξη "Everything Everywhere All At Once" μαζί με το ιρλανδικό ιδιαίτερα κωμικό "The Banshees of Inisherin", ομοίως με Χρυσές Σφαίρες και SAG Awards, κατέκτησαν τις υποκριτικές υποψηφιότητες (και όχι μόνο). Πέρα από τα αναμενόμενα, είχαμε αρκετές εκπλήξεις, όπως η υποψηφιότητα του "Good Luck to You, Leo Grande" που διεκδικεί 4 βραβεία μεταξύ των οποίων και καλύτερου Βρετανικού Φιλμ, ενώ είχαμε και απουσίες, όπως αυτές των "RRR" και "Women Talking".

Η φετινή τελετή των 76ων BAFTA βραβείων που θα τιμήσει τις βρετανικές και διεθνείς ταινίες της χρονιάς που πέρασε, θα διεξαχθεί στις 19 Φεβρουαρίου, στο Royal Festival Hall του Λονδίνου, με οικοδεσπότη τον Richard E. Grant και τον Alison Hammond να μεταφέρει την εικόνα από τα backstage.
