Υπάρχουν τόσα πολλά που θέλω να πω για τον Jermain. Δεν είναι μόνο το ότι είναι ο πιό επιτυχημένος χορογράφος, αλλά το πάθος που έχει για την δουλεία του είναι η ζωή του όλη που δίνει στούς ανθρώπους που συνεργάζετε κατά καιρούς, όπως η JLo , Leona Lewis, Christina Aquilera, The Gorillaz, Anna Vissi, Cindy Crawford ,Victoria Secret, και πολύ άλλοι.
